This Privacy Policy explains how Feedback Studios ("we", "us") handles information in the Feedback Studios client dashboard at dashboard.feedback-studios.com (the "Dashboard").
The Dashboard is a private tool for our agency and its clients. When you choose "Continue with Facebook", we request only the public_profile permission from Facebook, which gives us:
We do not request your email, friends, posts, or any other Facebook data, and we never post anything on your behalf.
We use your name and profile picture solely to personalize your account inside the Dashboard (for example, to greet you and show your avatar). We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Your Facebook public-profile information is read on demand and shown back to you during your session. We do not build a marketing profile from it. You can remove it at any time (see Data deletion), and disconnecting the app in your Facebook settings revokes our access.
We do not share your Facebook information with third parties. We use Facebook's Graph API (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to obtain the public profile you approve; their handling of your data is governed by Facebook's own policies.
