How to remove your information from Feedback Studios

Feedback Studios only accesses your Facebook public profile (name and profile picture) to personalize your Dashboard account, and does not build a stored marketing profile from it. You can remove your information in any of these ways:

1 · Disconnect from Facebook

Go to your Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Feedback Studios, and remove it. This immediately revokes our access to your public profile.

2 · Request deletion by email

Email info@feedback-studios.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the address associated with your account. We will delete any information associated with your account and confirm within 30 days.

3 · Automated deletion callback

When you remove the app from Facebook, Facebook automatically notifies our data-deletion endpoint, which removes any information associated with your Facebook ID and returns a confirmation you can track. No action is needed on your part.

Because we do not persistently store your Facebook profile data, deletion takes effect immediately once access is revoked.
